Since I write romance novels, I get a lot of questions about my love life. Some people are wondering if I also have a love story similar to the stories that I write. They want to know if I have found my against all odds, knight in shining armor, and happily ever after. Well, I have been in a couple of relationships and unfortunately, those relationships did not work out. But I have no regrets because those relationships helped me to become the person that I am today. I am stringer now and I love myself better. And no, I do not get inspiration from my personal love story. What I write about in my novels is purely from my imaginative mind and hopeless romantic heart. I do not like mixing my personal life with my work so do not expect a tell-all tale about my past relationships through my books. I reserve those thoughts and revelations for my blogs so better stay tuned all the time. Kidding aside, I may not be in a relationship now but that does not mean that my heart is not full. I get all the love that I need from my family, friends, and lovely cat. And like I said earlier, I have also learned to love myself. And these are all the things I need right now. Sometimes the problem with us is that we equate love with just romantic love when in reality, there are all sorts of love that is available to us, waiting for us to realize and acknowledge their presence and importance in our lives. And when we finally have that realization, there is a profound appreciation of all the people in our lives and how they fill our love tank. So there, I finally answered your questions. I may not have a “love life” but my life is full of love.
